Building Services Lead
Nick is the Building Services Lead, overseeing both large and small maintenance projects. He handles a wide range of tasks, including drywall, painting, plumbing, framing, tile, electrical, sprinklers, swamp coolers, unit turns, and more, ensuring all work meets high standards.
Joshua Wood
Landscape Maintenance Lead
Joshua oversees landscaping operations, supervises the team, and handles tasks like lawn care, tree trimming, and snow removal. He also manages client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and strong relationships.
Julie Piper
Golf Course Account Manager
Julie manages our golf club landscaping account, designing flower beds and overseeing plant health. Known as the “Swiss Army knife” of the team, she often contributes to various areas of property services, both inside and outside.

Work Order Specialist
Taylor, our Work Order Specialist, receives work orders from property managers and enters them into our system. She coordinates scheduling between tenants and our team members to ensure efficient job completion. Additionally, Taylor assists with accounts receivable and billing, helping to maintain smooth financial processes and ensure timely payments.

Grounds Maintenance Specialist
Marcel plays a key role in overseeing mowing and landscape maintenance throughout the summer, ensuring properties are kept pristine. He manages his own shoveling crew in the winter, handling snow removal with precision. Marcel’s leadership and hands-on approach make him a vital part of our team, driving efficiency and quality in every project, whether it’s summer lawn care or winter snow management.
Jose Sanchez
Mechanic
Jose, our expert mechanic, ensures all trucks and equipment stay in top condition. From small tools like trimmers, chainsaws, and blowers to larger machinery like mowers and skid steers, he handles it all. Jose also takes care of more advanced repairs, including engine rebuilds, keeping our fleet in peak condition and minimizing downtime.

Grounds Maintenance Specialist
Ed is a dedicated member of our team who works alongside others to handle mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and trash removal throughout the summer. In the winter, he supports another crew with snow shoveling, ensuring properties stay safe and accessible. Ed’s versatility and strong work ethic make him an essential part of our landscape maintenance and seasonal tasks.

Gerardo, our Maintenance Specialist, handles a wide range of maintenance work orders with a focus on sprinkler system repairs. He is skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining irrigation systems, ensuring optimal performance. In addition to his expertise in sprinkler systems, Gerardo assists with various handyman tasks and supports both the building services and landscape maintenance divisions.
